This time of year encompasses so many passions that I have immense gratitude for; family, real – estate and cooking – to name but a few!! I revel in the abundance of this 2015 autumn. Home sales continue to rise while a wealth of fall fruits and vegetables are ‘ripe for the cookin’. It occurs to me that cooking and real estate have a lot in common, in addition to my enthusiasm for both. Choosing the right recipe and combining quality ingredients at a palatable price is similar to assembling an effective team to buy or sell your home.
As a seasoned agent, I move beyond a standard recipe to match a client’s unique taste. A Master Chef does more than follow a standard formula. Unlike baking, where exact measurements are critical, cooking allows for creative energy to flow beyond the basics. Opening the door to the refrigerator can been an adventure – like opening the door to the ideal home for a prospective buyer and watching their dreams flare in front of my eyes.
My real-estate family is comprised of superior partners in staging, photography, client care and graphic design along with the premium brand brokerage, Chestnut Park. Taking the time to understand what drives a client allows my team to customize each client experience for the best possible outcome. Our combined passion for excellence and collaboration is our recipe for success.
Some of the best recipes are passed down from generation to generation. The importance of great client care, loyalty and referrals was passed down to me by my amazing Mother. My own business was built on a solid foundation of client relationships. Happy clients have referred friends and family with whom I’ve also had the pleasure of helping buy and sell homes. To say I feel blessed today and always is an understatment. Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
